Manchester United and Arsenal could battle it out with West Ham and Juventus for Bayern Munich midfielder Corentin Tolisso, according to BILD.

The German tabloid reports that the France international could be sold for around €10m (£8.5m) before the transfer window closes, due to the fact that he has less than a year left on his contract.

Tolisso is unlikely to sign an extension, with Bayern hoping to offload him before he can sign a pre-contract agreement with another club in January.

The Bundesliga champions have struggled to tie down a number of players to new contracts in recent years, with the likes of David Alaba and Thiago Alcantara having left either on free transfers or for very low prices.

It seems Tolisso could be the next one to depart the Allianz Arena. Whether United would consider going after the Frenchman, it remains to be seen. Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could do with strengthening his options in midfield but the Bayern star has had his fair share of injury problems.
