REPORT: United Among 4 Clubs To Make Approach For Aubameyang With Arsenal Ace Having ‘Asked To Leave’

Manchester United are one of four teams who have enquired about signing Arsenal forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, according to Sport.

The Catalan based publication claims that Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Inter Milan are also in the mix for the 30-year-old, while Barcelona may well consider a move if they fail to sign Lautaro Martinez.

Sport say that Aubameyang has “asked to leave” the Emirates after refusing to renew his contract. The Gabonese international has just over one year left on his current deal and the Gunners are said to be willing to sell up in order to secure a transfer fee for the player.

The London club have hit financial problems during the enforced break in football fixtures, and so the sale of their star striker would help them to balance the books.

Aubameyang is reportedly keen to have his future settled by June but that very much depends on how the current Premier League season plays out.
