REPORT: Pogba Could Be Frozen Out By United After He Returns From Injury

Manchester United are considering leaving midfielder Paul Pogba out of the team when he recovers from a thigh injury, according to The Sun.

The English tabloid sensationally claim that the France international could have played his last game for the Red Devils, stating that when he returns to fitness in January, he may not play.

United are reportedly “fed up” with Pogba, as well as his agent Mino Raiola, and they have decided to allow the French World Cup winner to run down his contract, which expires in the summer.

Whether there is any truth to this story, we shall have to wait and see. This could be a face-saving exercise from the Manchester club, who could have been told by Pogba that he intends to leave on a free transfer.

In any case, Pogba won’t be involved in the first team for at least a couple of months, and there is a possibility he won’t be available until after the winter break.
