Reliable Journalist Reveals Ten Hag Is Prepared To Snub Kane In Favour Of 131M Rated Nigerian Poacher

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag would prefer to sign a “faster forward” than Tottenham’s Harry Kane, according to The Telegraph reporter Matt Law.

The reliable journalist claims that ten Hag would be more in favour of signing Napoli’s Victor Osimhen as he would be a better fit for his style of play:

Osimhen has been in outstanding form this season, having scored 13 times in 18 games, so it isn’t a surprise that United are weighing up a bid for the striker.

However, the Nigerian international’s price tag is likely to be far higher than Kane’s, with reports in Italy suggesting that Napoli could hold out for as much as €150m (£131m).

Whether that figure is accurate or not, we shall have to wait and see, but Chelsea are also likely to compete for Osimhen’s signature so it is hard to see his valuation dropping to a more realistic number.

The fact that Kane will have just a year left on his contract in the summer means he would be a lot cheaper, but ten Hag is seemingly less than convinced about signing the England captain.
