Rashford Speaks Out For The First Time After Suffering Injury Blow

Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford says he has “plenty more in the tank” after reaching 350 appearances for the club.

The 25-year-old was responding to an Instagram post from the club’s official account regarding the milestone he recently reached against Everton.

Unfortunately, the game also saw Rashford limp off the field in the closing minutes with what looked like a groin injury, and it is now feared that he could be out for a number of weeks.

The forward was expected to undergo a scan on Monday to determine the seriousness of the issue and we will probably find out more when manager Erik ten Hag holds his pre-match press conference ahead of the Sevilla fixture on Thursday.

It has to be said that the Dutchman was pessimistic about a quick return to action for Rashford when asked about the injury following the Everton victory. He also revealed that he considered substituting the England international before he pulled up.
