Rashford And Sabitzer To Start, Sancho On The Bench: United’s Predicted XI To Face Crystal Palace

After safely securing passage to the Carabao Cup final with a comfortable win over Nottingham Forest midweek, United’s focus will return to the Premier League on Saturday when they take on Crystal Palace.

David De Gea will return in between the posts, with Tom Heaton dropping to the bench. Diogo Dalot is back available but he may have to wait for his opportunity to displace Aaron Wan-Bissaka at right-back.

Luke Shaw is also expected to retain his position on the left flank, with Raphael Varane and Lisandro Martinez staying as the centre-back pairing.

Manager Erik ten Hag could decide to hand Marcel Sabitzer his debut, with Fred making way. Casemiro and Bruno Fernandes are likely to make up the rest of the midfield three.

Up front, Marcus Rashford is expected to come in for Alejandro Garnacho on the left wing, with Antony on the right and Wout Weghorst through the middle. Both Jadon Sancho and Anthony Martial may have to be satisfied with bench duties.
