Kevin Davies
Kevin Davies is a name that strikes fear into any central defender. He wasn’t the most prolific or talented centre-forward, but his physicality made him a nightmare to play against.
He had no qualms about entering a full-blooded aerial challenge with his elbows raised – much to the chagrin of his opponents on the receiving end of them.
Davies played for Southampton and Blackburn Rovers during his time in the Premier League, but he is best known for his ten-year stint at Bolton Wanderers.
