Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has spoken to Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho “several times” about moving to Old Trafford, according to Dagbladet reporter Fredrik Filtvedt.
The Norwegian journalist claims Solskjaer has done all he can to persuade the England international into making the switch to the Red Devils and he has asked CEO Ed Woodward to get the deal over the line.
Supporters on Twitter are happy that Solskjaer has been working on the transfer but they are now calling on Woodward to put the money on the table to secure the signing of Sancho before the transfer window closes:
Ole is doing his bit. Now it’s on the board to get it done

If it’s all about money, Woodward can relax! The sale of MUFC jerseys will explode if this transfer goes through ?

Reports in the English press have claimed United are having trouble agreeing personal terms with Sancho and are having issues with agents, but that hasn’t been corroborated by other sources.
The reluctance to pay €120m (£107m) seems to be at the centre of this transfer saga, and it remains to be seen whether the stance changes ahead of deadline day.
