Manchester United midfielder Juan Mata put away a trademark free-kick against Juventus in the 2-1 win last night.
The Spaniard had been a substitute for the game, but his equalising goal a few minutes from time sparked a dramatic comeback from Jose Mourinho’s men.
Supporters on Twitter were full of praise for Mata following the final whistle:
Mata never disappoints fans

Alex Sandro’s own goal with just a minute left of normal time gave United an unlikely three points on the night, keeping their Champions League qualification hopes alive.
The Red Devils now sit second in Group H, with two games remaining against Valencia and Young Boys. They will host the Swiss side at Old Trafford in the next round of fixtures.
If they get the three points, and Valencia fail to beat Juve in the other game, United will have clinched a place in the last 16 with a match to spare. That certainly didn’t look to be on the cards even a week ago.
