Mourinho all but signals end of striker’s Old Trafford career with bold FA cup move

Jose Mourinho appears to have signalled the end of Anthony Martial’s Manchester United career after deciding to omit the Frenchman from next week’s FA Cup final.

United face Chelsea at Wembley a week on Saturday, however Martial – who has been heavily rumoured to be on his way out of Old Trafford this summer – is set to miss out on the occasion after being dropped by Mourinho.

The Daily Mail report the 22-year-old will not be named in the squad for final amidst uncertainty over his future.

Martial has fallen out-of-favour with Mourinho since the arrival of Alexis Sanchez at the club in January, and is reportedly considering leaving the club this summer in search of regular first team football.

And his omission on May 19th could be the final nail in the coffin for the France international.

Juventus, Chelsea and Tottenham are just a handful of clubs who would be willing to take on the talented young Frenchman if he is to quit Old Trafford this summer.
