Manchester United fullback Diogo Dalot has been everpresent in the starting lineup following the arrival of manager Erik ten Hag.
Under previous head coaches, the Portuguese international was a bit-part player and he even had a spell away from the club on loan at AC Milan
However, Dalot has started this season in great form, and it appears the faith that ten Hag has placed in him is beginning to pay off. Fans on Twitter have been praising the performances that the defender has been putting in:
He has been the most improved player under TenHag. His Passion, Tackles & Ability has come to shine.
Hope he keeps getting better 🙏

There are definitely areas of Dalot’s game that need to be improved. His defensive positioning can leave a lot to be desired at times but he is clearly working hard on all aspects of his game.
His ability in the final third has never really been in question and, with ten Hag keen to see his fullbacks high up the pitch, it’s not a surprise that Dalot is excelling in the Dutchman’s system.
