Ex-Manchester United striker Michael Owen is predicting an easy win for his former club when they face Aston Villa in the Premier League clash this evening.

The Red Devils have been in excellent form since the restart and Owen doesn’t see their opponents putting up much of a fight:

“United have won eleven of the last 13 Premier League meetings between these two sides and I can’t see beyond another stroll in the park for the Red Devils.”

Villa did well defensively in their last game against Liverpool before conceding two goals in the second half but it must be pointed out that the league champions were not at their best.

The Villans are four points from safety going into tonight’s game and manager Dean Smith will certainly be keen on closing the gap to Watford in seventeenth.

However, with the joint third-worst defence in the division, and the fourth-worst attack, United should be confident of picking up a win at Villa Park.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer‘s side could be just one point off fourth-placed Leicester City by the end of the evening.
