Martial, Wan Bissaka And Romero All To Start: United’s Predicted XI To Face Liverpool

Manchester United’s injury list is rather long, to say the least, and manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer may well leave it to the last minute to decide who is fit enough to start against Liverpool.

It may mean there will be some surprise inclusions and absentees tomorrow. Players like Luke Shaw have reportedly recovered from injury, and the left-back could come back into the side for the game.

Solskjaer is sweating over the fitness over Aaron Wan-Bissaka, but he could also be named in the line-up, with Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof ahead of Sergio Romero in goal.

In midfield, Scott McTominay will probably partner Nemanja Matic with Paul Pogba out of contention. Andreas Pereira or Juan Mata will likely get the most advanced role in midfield, and the Spaniard’s experience may get him the starting spot.

The front three is difficult to predict. Marcus Rashford and Daniel James are nailed on to play but will Anthony Martial be fit? He has had the whole international break to get over his thigh injury so he could be ready to make his first start since August.
