Manchester United’s Europa League Round Of 32 Opponents Have Been Announced

Manchester United will face Club Brugge in the last 32 of the Europa League, it has been confirmed. The Belgian club dropped down from the Champions League after finishing third in their group.

Considering they were put in with Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid and Galatasaray, that is no surprise, but they did manage to draw 2-2 with Real in the Bernabeu with ten men.

That game should be used as a warning for United not to become too complacent. Brugge went 2-0 up in the first half before Madrid came back to level the game.

They currently sit top of the Belgian Pro League table, having lost just once this campaign. Even so, United will be heavy favourites to progress through to the last 16 of the competition.

Club Brugge lost 5-0 at home to PSG in November, and while they have shown they are a good team on their day, over two legs they should be put to the sword.
