Manchester United Vs West Ham United Team News, Betting Odds And Where To Watch

Erik Ten Hag’s Manchester United face a trip to London this weekend as they prepare to take on West Ham on Sunday afternoon.

The game will kick off at 2 pm and gives the Red Devils a chance to earn back to back wins in the Premier League for the first time this season.

Last time out they won 2-1 against Brentford where goals from Rasmus Hojlund and Alejandro Garnacho gave the Red Devils their first league win since mid-September when they beat Southampton.

Erik Ten Hag also saw his side play in a Europa League clash during the week against Fenerbahce where former United boss Jose Mourinho was sent off against his ex-team and was forced to watch his side play from the stands.

A 1-1 draw was the result after 90 minutes following goals from Christian Eriksen and Youssef En-Nesyri.

Ten Hag has been clear that injuries have caused issues for United recently as he will head to the London Stadium this weekend without Kobbie Mainoo, Harry Maguire and Leny Yoro. Both Tyrell Malacia and Luke Shaw could return but the United boss wants to ease them back into the squad.

Manchester United made narrow favourites against the Hammers

United have been in much better form than Sunday’s opponents as they come off four games without a loss. Whereas West Ham lost 4-1 to Tottenham Hotspur in their last outing.

The odds reflect the form but the bookmakers aren’t putting all their eggs in the United box. Oddschecker has Manchester United as 7/5 favourites giving them a 41.7% chance of victory.

Whereas, West Ham are backed to win at odds of 19/10 (34.5%) and a draw is backed at 14/5 (26.3%) as the least likely outcome.

We predict a tight 1-1 draw in which both teams struggle to break down their opposition’s defence as they are both low-scoring sides.

Where to watch United against West Ham
