Mazraoui brought back into United defence
GK – Andre Onana – The United keeper hasn’t missed a minute of the 2023/24 season in all competitions.
LB – Noussair Mazraoui – The Moroccan played in the attacking midfield role against Fenerbahce in somewhat of a strange decision by Erik Ten Hag.
CB – Matthijs De Ligt – Several underwhelming performances so far, De Ligt will be keen to improve and aim for a clean sheet against West Ham.
CB – Lisandro Martinez – Martinez played at left-back against Fenerbahce but will likely slot back into the middle with Mazraoui’s return to the back four.
RB – Diogo Dalot – One of the only constants in United’s defence this season, the Portuguese full-back has played well.
