Manchester United’s dismal start to the season has gone from bad to worse as they lost 3-0 to Tottenham Hotspur in what was a poor display from Erik Ten Hag’s side. 

Boos could be heard around what was an empty Old Trafford by the full-time whistle, as United had an evening to forget on Sunday after a lacklustre performance.

It is the second time that Manchester United have lost 3-0 at home this season as Liverpool were able to come to Old Trafford and produce the same result early in September.

The pressure is high on manager Ten Hag who is the odds’ favourite to be the first Premier League manager to be sacked this season. Questions over his future have been raised as United look for a solution to their ongoing struggles.
