Manchester United Vs Crystal Palace: Premier League Preview

Manchester United are set to take on Patrick Vieira’s Crystal Palace in their next Premier League game. The match could see United hand on-loan Marcel Sabitzer his debut, having been brought in to fill the gap left by the injured Christian Eriksen.

While the Red Devils will miss Eriksen’s creative passing, Sabitzer’s limitless energy should hopefully be enough to make up for the Dane’s absence. Additionally, Diogo Dalot, Jadon Sancho and Anthony Martial will all face fitness tests before the game – Scott McTominay, who has been out for a brief period, should be fit to play.

Palace, meanwhile, will be without their star player – Wilfried Zaha. The former Manchester United man is out with a hamstring injury, which could keep him sidelined for some time.

Additionally, James McArthur and Nathan Ferguson will also miss out on the game at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon.

United have played Crystal Palace quite recently, when the two teams came to blows at Selhurst Park on January 18. In that game, despite the Red Devils holding a lead late on, a thunderous free kick from Michael Olise levelled the scoreline and forced United to share the spoils.
