Jonny Evans forced to play left-back
GK – Andre Onana – United’s keeper won the club’s Player of the Month award for September and will be keen to get back to work after the international break with Cameroon.
LB – Jonny Evans – Reports have suggested that Ten Hag may have to play Evans at left-back due to the fact that Noussair Mazraoui, Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia are all expected to be out.
CB – Matthijs De Ligt – Due to an injury to Harry Maguire, Erik Ten Hag will likely recall Matthijs De Ligt who last started against Porto in the Europa League.
CB – Lisandro Martinez – Martinez also comes back into the side after he was replaced against Villa by Harry Maguire and Jonny Evans.
RB – Diogo Dalot – The Portuguese defender was one of if not United’s best player against Villa last time out.
