Chelsea winger Raheem Sterling would be interested in joining Manchester United, according to journalist Ben Jacobs.
Writing on his X account, Jacobs said that the England international has not made a decision on his future yet but he would be “open” to joining the Red Devils:
Chelsea will present options to Raheem Sterling this week.
Sterling is open to #MUFC, should a move materialise, but all still early stages. Sterling hasn’t yet engaged with any clubs directly.

Sterling is a former Liverpool and Manchester City player but he is clearly not overly bothered by the controversy that such a move could generate.
Would United be keen on signing Sterling?
Reports suggest that the 29-year-old could be offered in some sort of swap deal with Jadon Sancho. Manager Erik ten Hag is keen on offloading the forward, having left him out of the matchday squad for the first two Premier League fixtures.
However, you do wonder whether Sterling is the type of player the Red Devils need. He will turn 30 in December and he commands a sizeable wage.
With the club’s new recruitment team having focused their attention on signing younger players, bringing in Sterling wouldn’t really fit into that strategy.
Chelsea may offer other players
Sterling is not the only Blues star who will be made available in a potential swap. Ben Chilwell is another name who United could be given the chance to sign.
The 27-year-old is not part of Enzo Maresca’s first-team plans, and the Italian has spoken publicly to say that the player should leave.
Again, Chilwell’s wages and his poor injury record mean that a deal for him wouldn’t be particularly attractive for the Red Devils.
