Manchester United have held talks about signing Bayern Munich right-back Noussair Mazraoui, according to Sky Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg.
The journalist claims that the Red Devils and West Ham are interested in the defender, who can be signed for a fee between €20m (£17m) and €25m (£21m).
Supporters on X are split on whether Mazraoui would be a good addition to the squad, with some questioning whether he would be an upgrade on Aaron Wan-Bissaka:

Mazraoui is another former Ajax player
Manager Erik ten Hag has publicly stated that decisions about recruitment have been taken out of his hands but the pursuit of the Moroccan suggests that this is far from being the case.
Mazraoui came through Ajax’s academy before being handed his senior debut by ten Hag. If both the fullback and Matthijs de Ligt were to link up with their former manager this summer, there would be five ex-Ajax players in the squad.
United will need to sell before they buy
It is believed that the Red Devils will have to find a buyer for Wan-Bissaka before going ahead with a deal for Mazraoui. Ironically, the team most interested in the former Crystal Palace player is West Ham.
If the Hammers do beat United to the signature of Mazraoui, it would be far from ideal.
