‘Just Sell Him Please’ ‘He Is Not Going Anywhere’ Fans React As United Star Is Linked With Saudi Switch

Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford could receive offers from Saudi Arabia if he decides to leave Old Trafford, according to The Telegraph.

It was reported earlier this week that the Red Devils are open to selling the 27-year-old and it is believed that the club feel that off-field issues are affecting his performance.

While some supporters on X would back a sale, others don’t believe that any team will come up with the necessary funds to purchase Rashford:

The final decision may come down to Ruben Amorim

It should be pointed out that, while Rashford did start the new head coach’s first two league games in charge, he was only a substitute against Arsenal and Nottingham Forest.

Whether that is an indication of where he fits into Amorim’s plans, we shall have to wait and see. If he isn’t a key player for the Portuguese coach, it may hasten the forward’s exit.

United do need to raise funds to revamp the squad

One of the other motivations for selling Rashford is PSR. The England international is an academy product so he would go down as pure profit on the balance sheet.

That would give the Red Devils room to manoeuvre in the transfer market. Without additional funds, it will be hard for Amorim to build the squad he needs to succeed.
