‘Sell Him’ ‘A Good Move For Everyone’ Fans Issue Verdict As Club Ponder Loan Swoop For United Flop

Juventus could table a loan offer with an obligation to buy for Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho, according to journalist Gianluca Di Marzio.

Writing on his personal website, the Sky Italia reporter suggested that Juve are prepared to pay £40m to keep the forward if certain conditions are met. However, Sancho’s £250,000 a week salary remains a stumbling block.

With Sancho clearing not part of Erik ten Hag’s first-team plans, supporters on X are hoping some sort of deal can be worked out with Juventus before the transfer window closes:

What has ten Hag said about the United player’s future?

Even though the Red Devils boss confirmed last month that the pair had cleared the air, he has made subsequent statements suggesting he isn’t a key player. Speaking earlier this week, ten Hag hinted that Sancho may not make the matchday squad for the Brighton fixture:

“We will see. We have a squad and I hope we will have a squad with double positioning and when we go into the season after 1 September, that means also you can’t select all the players for a game.”

Does Sancho have any other suitors?

There were reports linking Chelsea with a move for the 24-year-old but those claims were quickly played down. Other than Juve, the only other team that have shown genuine interest are Paris Saint-Germain.

It is believed that PSG did hold talks with the winger’s agent but they have not entered formal negotiations to buy him.
