‘Swap And Run’ ‘Good Business’ Fans React As United Are Offered £67M Arsenal Target In Exchange For Zirkzee

Manchester United have been “offered” Dusan Vlahovic by Juventus in a proposed swap deal with Joshua Zirkzee, according to reports.

The Serie A side’s head coach Thiago Motta managed Zirkzee at Bologna last season and he is keen to work with him again.

TalkSPORT claim that Juve are willing to hand over Vlahovic in part exchange for the United forward and fans on X believe the club should go through with the swap:


Why is Vlahovic being offered to United?

The Serbian international joined Juventus during the 2022 January transfer window for £67m but he only has eighteen months remaining on his contract in Turin.

With Vlahovic having so far refused to sign an extension, the Bianconeri are now considering whether to dispense with his services.

Other Premier League clubs have been linked with the striker

Juventus actually beat Arsenal to Vlahovic’s signature three years ago but reports at the weekend suggest that the Gunners remain keen on the player.

Writing on his X account, TuttoJuve journalist Mirko Di Natale said that Mikel Arteta’s side “had made inquiries in recent weeks” about the 24-year-old’s availability.

This latest twist does, however, suggest that United will have the best chance of signing Vlahovic. It remains to be seen, though, whether they are open to swapping Zirkzee for the striker.
