4 Things You Need To Know About Manchester United’s New Starlet Centre-Half Leny Yoro

Manchester United signed 18-year-old Leny Yoro last week from Lille for £52 million to help replace star centre-back Raphael Varane who left as a free agent this summer. 

He will slot straight into Erik Ten Hag’s starting eleven alongside the likes of Harry Maguire and Luke Shaw and will be hoping to continue his development at Old Trafford.

Yoro was wanted by Real Madrid too, but United were quick to swoop in and seal the deal for the Frenchman.


The 18-year-old suffered an injury in his debut in a friendly against Arsenal, but there is no doubt that Yoro will have a big impact in the United defence in the future.
