Manchester United Latest Injury News And Expected Return Dates: Updates On Leny Yoro, Mason Mount And Six More

Manchester United have received a boost amid all their injury concerns as new signing Leny Yoro has returned to training.

Yoro was spotted in training with his Manchester United teammates on Wednesday morning which is the first time since he suffered an ankle injury in pre-season against Arsenal.

The 18-year-old has not made a competitive appearance for the Red Devils since he joined from Ligue 1 side Lille for a fee of £52 million in the summer transfer window.

However he is now nearing a return as he’s back in training and if his recovery is accelerated, he could be back for Ruben Amorim‘s first game as United manager against Ipswich on November 24.

Expected return date – Sunday 24 November vs Ipswich Town (A)

Mason Mount

Former Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount is also nearing a return after he suffered a head injury during United’s 3-0 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur at the end of September.

Mount had to be substituted off during the game and has been in recovery since. He is currently being assessed for United’s Europa League game against PAOK on Thursday night, however a more likely return will come when they face Leicester City at the weekend.

Expected return date – Sunday 10 November vs Leicester City (H)
