Manchester United fullback Noussair Mazraoui was “limping” after the 2-1 victory over Manchester City, according to journalist Steven Railston.
Writing on his X account, the Manchester Evening News reporter said that he saw the Moroccan walking gingerly when he left the dressing room following the match:
Noussair Mazraoui was limping as he left the dressing room. Hopefully nothing serious #mufc

That raised concerns among United fans who are hoping that he will be available when United take on Tottenham in the Carabao Cup later this week:

Mazraoui didn’t last the whole game at the Etihad
The defender was substituted 12 minutes before the end of the match at the weekend, with Antony taking his place.
It didn’t look like an enforced change at the time, but it now appears the decision to replace him was due to a fitness problem.
Latest Manchester United injury news
Mazraoui was not the only player who sustained an injury on Sunday evening. Mason Mount was forced off early in the first half, which was a huge blow for the 25-year-old.
It is believed that Mount picked up a muscular injury, with head coach Ruben Amorim confirming after the match that he overstretched one of his legs.
The only other injury absentee is Luke Shaw. The left-back suffered another setback earlier this month.
