Manchester United midfielder Mason Mount suffered a nasty head injury during the 3-0 defeat to Tottenham on Sunday.
The former Chelsea player had come on as a substitute following Bruno Fernandes’s red card but he had to be replaced himself after a collision with Spurs defender Radu Dragusin.
Mount did issue an update on his condition following the final whistle, stating that it was “just a scratch” and he is feeling okay.
Due to concussion protocols, though, it remains to be seen whether he will be able to play against Porto or Aston Villa before the international break.
