Harry Maguire is a doubt for Manchester United’s second game of the season against Brighton on Saturday afternoon.
The England international is dealing with a thigh injury. He was able to play in United’s opener against Fulham but has submitted a late fitness test so in doubt for this weekend.
There isn’t as much owness on Maguire to start for the Red Devils since they signed Matthis De Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui in defence which has eased the pressure on Erik Ten Hag.
United scraped through their opening game with a 1-0 win against Fulham but will be hoping for better this weekend as they prepare to face a Brighton side who won 3-0 on the opening day.
Maguire will be a loss should he not be ready in time for kick-off on Saturday.
