Currently, Manchester United have six players who will definitely miss out on the game against the Gunners. On top of this, they have an attacking player who will face a late fitness test.

Donny Van De Beek, Jack Butland, Diogo Dalot and Axel Tuanzebe will all miss the Arsenal game on Sunday due to injury. According to reports, Jadon Sancho will also miss out as he returns from his sabbatical. Sancho was sent away by Erik Ten Hag to work on his fitness – he is now back with the first team in training.

United’s midfield maestro, Casemiro, will miss the Arsenal game after picking up his fifth yellow card of the season against Crystal Palace. Despite the injury issues, Manchester United can still enter the game against Arsenal with an air of confidence even if they ended up drawing with Crystal Palace 1-1 in the week after conceding a late equaliser from a free kick Casemiro gave away. So far, the Red Devils are the only team to inflict defeat upon the Gunners in the Premier League this season.
