Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim revealed last week that Marcus Rashford would miss the Liverpool game due to illness.
The 27-year-old had returned to the substitutes bench for the match against Newcastle after being left out of the matchday squad for the previous 4 games.
Rashford should be back in contention for the FA Cup tie versus Arsenal this weekend but, due to speculation over his future, there is a good chance he could omitted from the team once again.
Talks over a move to AC Milan or Borussia Dortmund have taken place this week, with the England international expected to leave Old Trafford before the transfer window closes.
