1) Sangare is a product of the Red Bull system
The midfielder was plucked from relative obscurity when Red Bull Salzburg signed him from Malian club Yeelen Olympique in 2020.
Sangare initially spent some time on loan with Salzburg’s feeder team FC Liefering in Austria’s second tier.
To get more minutes, he was loaned out for a second successive season to another Austrian second division team, Grazer AK 1902.
Sangare impressed during the 2021/22 campaign, scoring 5 goals and providing 4 assists in 28 appearances.
