4) Myles Lewis-Skelly

Despite insiders at Arsenal firmly denying that the teenager has been offered to other clubs, Jacobs has stood by his information that both the Red Devils and Chelsea have been contacted about buying him.

Lewis-Skelly does appear to be a good signing on paper. He has two years of first-team football under his belt, despite still only being 19. On top of that, the England international is versatile. He is comfortable playing as a left-back and in central midfield.

However, reports suggest that Lewis-Skelly is NOT interested in leaving the Gunners, despite seemingly being offered out. United need players who want to play for them.

Hall reportedly would be keen on the move, unlike Lewis-Skelly, and it is never a good idea to sign anyone who isn’t fully committed to the cause. We can’t see this deal going ahead before the transfer window closes.
