Relegated clubs
Two of the three newly-promoted clubs are expected to go down, with Ipswich and Hull set to return to the Championship after just one season.
It would not be a surprise if either team is relegated. Hull came up through the playoffs and have not spent a lot of money strengthening their squad. Ipswich have been more active, but they are under new management, with Gary O’Neil having replaced Kieran McKenna in the dugout.
The inclusion of Fulham is more of a shock, considering the Cottagers have spent the last four seasons in the top flight, but the appointment of Alvaro Arbeloa is a big risk.
