Goalkeeper and Defence
GK – Senne Lammens – the Belgian had a shaky evening in the FA Cup against Brighton. He will have to do better versus City.
RB – Diogo Dalot – with Noussair Mazraoui still at the the African Cup of Nations, the Portuguese international will keep his place.
CB – Harry Maguire – Leny Yoro’s poor form and Ayden Heaven’s inexperience will count against them. Maguire could start if he is fit enough.
CB – Lisandro Martinez – this is exactly the type of game where the Argentinian international’s fighting spirit will come in useful.
LB – Luke Shaw – the defender was rested against Brighton, but he should return for the derby.
