Goalkeeper and Defence

GK – Senne Lammens – 6/10 – some may question the Belgian’s positioning for the first goal, but that would be harsh. He had no chance with Anthony’s strike either.

RB – Diogo Dalot – 5/10 – rarely involved on the ball, and not tight enough to Bashir Humphreys, which forced Heaven out wide before the opener.

CB – Ayden Heaven – 5/10 – while the teenager was unfortunate to score the own goal, he could have blocked the cross with more conviction. He also missed an easy header at the other end.

CB – Lisandro Martinez – 4/10  – had a goal ruled out for fouling Kyle Walker and then stood off Anthony, allowing the substitute a free hit on goal, which he took full advantage of.

LB – Luke Shaw – 6/10 – tried to overlap as much as he could with Patrick Dorgu without really being that effective.
