Man Utd forward Matheus Cunha sustained a minor head injury in training a couple of days before the 1-0 defeat to Everton.

The Brazilian international was left out of the matchday squad for the game on Monday evening as a precaution.

If Cunha does not need to be placed in concussion protocols, it means he should be available to play this weekend.

However, if protocols are used, he would need to be cleared to return to full-contact training before Sunday’s trip to Selhurst Park.
