Journalist Reveals Striker Will “Travel To Manchester Today” To Sign His Contract With Man United

Le Harve striker Enzo Kana-Biyik is expected to “travel to Manchester today” ahead of his move to Man United, according to journalist Benjamin Quarez.

The Le Parisien reporter claims the teenager will be putting pen to paper on his contract with the Red Devils.

Kana-Biyik has yet to make his senior debut but he has been named as an unused substitute on two separate occasions by Le Harve this season.

The 18-year-old was on the bench for the defeat to Stade Briochin in the fifth round of the French Cup back in December. He was also listed in the matchday squad for the league game against Lille earlier this year.

What do United fans need to know about the player?

Kana-Biyik is a centre-forward by trade but his attributes mean he can play as a winger on either flank if required.

He was given his first caps for France at Under 18 level in March, making starts against Portugal and the Czech Republic, whilst also coming on as a substitute versus England during a 2-2 draw.

Kana-Biyik is not the only youngster the club have recruited

United have been focused on reinforcing their ranks with young players over the past year or so. The likes of Chido Obi and Ayden Heaven have arrived from Arsenal, while Sekou Kone was snapped up from Guidars FC.

Earlier this year, it was confirmed that the Red Devils had sealed the signature of Paraguayan starlet Diego Leon from Porteno while there are now reports that they will compete with Chelsea to buy River Plate playmaker Franco Mastantuono.

Some of these players are readier than others for first-team football and Kana-Biyik is likely to begin his time with United’s Under 18s or Under 21s rather than the senior setup.
