Man Utd make no changes to the back four

GK – Senne Lammens
Defenders – Diogo Dalot, Matthijs de Ligt, Lisandro Martinez, Luke Shaw

There has been plenty of speculation that the Red Devils are interested in bringing a left-back this summer.

The likes of Lewis Hall, Nathaniel Brown and Alejandro Balde have been mentioned as potential targets, but with the club having prioritised the signing of midfielders, the pursuit of a new fullback has been put on the back burner.

It is very possible that manager Michael Carrick will head into next season with Luke Shaw as his only senior left-back. The likes of Harry Amass and Diego Leon have been talked up as potential backup options, but they are simply not ready.

You can’t rule out a new addition being brought in late in the window, but it is looking more and more likely to be a loan deal or a short-term solution.
