Midfield
RWB – Amad Diallo – on the evidence of his substitute appearance against the Gunners, the Ivorian should be starting ahead of Diogo Dalot.
CM – Bruno Fernandes – the captain can sometimes struggle to influence matches from a deeper midfield position, so we shall see if he can make more of an impact versus Fulham.
CM – Casemiro – Amorim and the recruitment team are scouring the market for an upgrade on the Brazilian who shouldn’t be starting every week at his age.
LWB – Patrick Dorgu – the Dane is still very much a work in progress, and he will be tested by the likes of Kenny Tete and Harry Wilson on Sunday.
Forwards
RW – Bryan Mbeumo – the forward had an impressive debut and he will be hoping to build on that performance against Fulham.
ST – Benjamin Sesko – having got his first taste of the Premier League last weekend, the Slovenian is set to lead the line from the start at Craven Cottage.
LW – Matheus Cunha – the Brazilian was excellent against Arsenal, and like Mbeumo and Sesko, he will be keen to get on the scoresheet on Sunday.
