Matheus Cunha has confirmed that he did not pick up an injury during Man United’s 2-1 win over Liverpool last weekend.

The Brazilian was seen limping after the game, but when questioned about the issue, Cunha explained what had happened:

“I’m so cramped. I’m, like, dead right now, because if I… I stretch my leg, I feel cramped, so I use, like, this method [of limping].”

Cunha did put in the hard yards at Anfield, so cramping is not a complete surprise, and he shouldn’t miss any matches as a result.
