Man United midfielder Mason Mount is currently being assessed ahead of United’s game against Leeds this weekend.
The Red Devils are coming off a disappointing 1-1 draw with Wolves, and will be looking to bounce back against Leeds this weekend, in what could be a tough trip to Elland Road.
If they do beat Leeds on Sunday, United could climb up to fourth in the Premier League table and level on points with rivals Liverpool, who drew to Leeds in their last game.
Man United will hope that Mason Mount will be fit to play against Leeds, but he is a doubt because of a small knock that he picked up before the New Year. He is currently being assessed and will likely return against either Leeds or Burnley the following week.

Matthijs De Ligt
Dutch centre-back De Ligt is also being assessed ahead of the Leeds game as he is dealing with a lower back injury that he suffered in December.
He is less likely to start against Leeds, and it is looking as though 19-year-old Ayden Heaven could start against the Yorkshire based side on Sunday afternoon.

Kobbie Mainoo
Mainoo has been unlucky this season, because at a time when he has the chance to start ahead of Bruno Fernandes, he gets injured. The English midfielder is dealing with a calf issue.
Amorim said on Friday afternoon: “We’re going to see tomorrow, we have one more training. I don’t think anyone is going to recover, but we’ll see.”
It looks more likely that Mainoo will come back against Burnley like the other rather than against Leeds this weekend.

Harry Maguire
Maguire has been out injured since early December with a hamstring injury, and he looks set to also miss the game against Leeds, which thins Amorim’s options at centre-back.
He has been ruled out, and is looking at a return against Burnley at the very earliest, if not the following weekend against Brighton in the FA Cup.

Bruno Fernandes
Amorim provided an update on Bruno Fernandes suggesting that he won’t be available against Leeds this weekend, which is a huge blow for the Red Devils.
He is also expected to miss the Burnley match the following week, so could be looking at a return against Brighton in the FA Cup, or against Manchester City in the crucial Manchester derby the following weekend.
