Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford is delaying surgery on a foot injury to take part in the European Championships for England, according to reports.
It is believed that, if the Three Lions make it to the final, the 23-year-old could miss the start of next season as he will need time to recover from his operation.
A number of supporters on Twitter want Rashford to pull out of the England squad, while others believe United will need to strengthen up front in order to cope with his absence:
England have enough depth in the wide areas, man needs to drop out of the squad and rehab over the summer

Ffs why not just get it over and done with now, instead of making it worse.

It’s a difficult situation. Rashford clearly wants to play for his country so it would have been hard to persuade him to stay at home and get the surgery.
Of course, there is a big chance that England won’t make it all the way to the final so it will be hoped that Rashford can have the surgery he needs and be back in time for the first league fixture in August.
