Manchester United midfielder Nemanja Matic put in an excellent performance against Bournemouth yesterday.
The Serbian has looked a player completely transformed under the management of interim boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer since the Norwegian took charge.
Fans on Twitter have been absolutely delighted with Matic’s recent displays:

I think Matic needs credit for his forward passes against Bournemouth. Ole has turned him into Carrick already. Credit where it’s due #Mufc

At the beginning of the season, the 30-year-old looked slow, predictable and always looked for the sideways pass. Now, with a more positive game plan, he has been encouraged to get on the ball and play it forward as much as possible.
Of course, he is not the only player in the United team who has improved in the last three games under Solskjaer, but the disparity between his form now and only a few weeks ago is massive.
Certainly, he’ll need to keep playing to the same standards over the next few weeks and months, but it’s a lot better than his form earlier in the campaign.
