The design of Manchester United’s new home kit has been known for quite a while, but the latest images that have leaked online have given us a closer look at the detail of the shirt.
Yellow and black vertical ‘dashes’ are spread right across the centre of the kit, but the sleeves do not have the pattern. Adidas have certainly not gone with a conservative design.
Fans on Twitter have reacted to the new images with horror:
Looks like a bus seat ?

Why these guys don't do a survey with the fans or with the players at least? I guess few players will consider the jersey before signing for us…

How does one of the biggest clubs in the world not have some of the sleekest, one off piece designs for their kits? Beyond me.

It remains to be seen when the new kit will be released considering it is still not known when the current season will be completed.
Adidas actually put out their 19/20 design on sale in May last year, but there is no chance of that happening this time around considering the current situation.
Going by the reaction on social media, though, some United fans may be hoping that the club scrap the new kit entirely.
