Latest Manchester United Injury Report: Updates On Pogba, Bailly And Jones

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has confirmed that Paul Pogba picked up a muscular injury in the first half of the 3-3 draw against Everton at the weekend.

The France international hobbled off five minutes before half time, with Solskjaer saying he is hopeful that the midfielder won’t be out for too long after undergoing a scan to determine the extent of the problem.

Eric Bailly’s absence from the matchday squad on Saturday was a surprise, considering he had been on the bench for the last two matches against Arsenal and Southampton.

He reportedly missed the defeat to Sheffield United due to a minor car accident, but he had been back in training since then. It is believed he has picked up yet another knock.

Phil Jones is still recovering from a knee operation he had last summer. The centre-back was expected to be back in first-team training a lot earlier but he has had a number of setbacks in his recovery.
