Latest Manchester United Injury Report For The Week

Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba is unlikely to feature against Astana tomorrow. The Frenchman is recovering from an ankle injury and did not take part in full training today.

He was pictured training away from the main group, along with Luke Shaw. The left-back is still out with a hamstring problem, but it is hoped that both players could be fit to face West Ham this weekend.

Daniel James is a doubt for the game tomorrow after picking up a knock against Leicester while Anthony Martial remains sidelined with a thigh strain.

There has been some positive injury news, though, with Jesse Lingard having recovered from illness to take part in training, while Diogo Dalot is also working his way back to fitness after a hip injury.

In terms of long-term injuries, Eric Bailly is stepping up his rehab after knee surgery. The Ivorian was expected to be out until December but he is making good progress and he is now hoping to be back by November.

Timothy Fosu-Mensah remains sidelined with his own knee injury and it remains to be seen when he will be back on the training pitch.
