Latest Manchester United Injury Report Ahead Of The Manchester Derby

Manchester United have no new injury worries heading into the game against Manchester City on Sunday.

Manager Jose Mourinho has confirmed that all players that were fit to play against Juventus, will again be available to play at the Etihad Stadium.

There have been reports that Alexis Sanchez was suffering from a thigh strain, but it seems it was only a knock, and he should be ready to face City.

However, Romelu Lukaku remains a doubt for the encounter. The 25-year-old missed the games against Bournemouth and Juve with a hamstring injury, and while Mourinho has revealed the Belgian is back in training, it depends on whether he comes through the sessions today and tomorrow.

Diogo Dalot and Phil Jones remain on the sidelines with knocks, but captain Antonio Valencia is back in full training despite not being selected in the matchday squad for the trip to Italy.

Marcos Rojo is also available despite missing out on the last two games. The Argentinian international was named on the bench for the Everton game a couple of weeks ago but has not played a single minute in United’s first team so far this season.
