Manchester United’s injury crisis is beginning to clear up slightly, after Anthony Martial and David De Gea made appearances against Liverpool, but there are still eight players on the treatment table.
Luke Shaw (hamstring) and Nemanja Matic (knock) are expected to travel out for some warm weather training in Dubai to help their rehabilitation from their respective injuries.
Paul Pogba (foot) made a similar trip during the last international break, but the Frenchman is still unlikely to feature in United’s game versus Partizan Belgrade tomorrow.
Diogo Dalot (groin) and Axel Tuanzebe (hip) have also been ruled out, while Jesse Lingard (hamstring) is a major doubt for the match.
Eric Bailly (knee) is still some way from making his return from a serious knee injury, but Timothy Fosu-Mensah is back in training as he steps up his rehabilitation from his own knee problem. The Dutchman has been out since April after picking up the injury whilst on loan at Fulham.
