Latest Manchester United Injury News: Updates on Rashford, Williams And Shaw

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be sweating over the fitness of Marcus Rashford ahead of the start of the Premier League season.

The 22-year-old missed international duty due to an ankle injury in the hope of being ready for the first game against Crystal Palace later this month, but he has yet to return to full training.

Brandon Williams was also not called up by England Under 21s due to a foot injury and the left-back is also seen as a doubt heading into the season opener.

Luke Shaw is unlikely to feature when the new campaign kicks off. The 25-year-old has not played since July due to an ankle problem and there has been no estimate given on his return date.

Axel Tuanzebe has had surgery on his ankle and while he is expected to be back in action sometime this month, his recovery time may mean he needs a few more weeks to get up to speed. Phil Jones is also undergoing rehab after a knee operation.
